The Directorate of Public Relations, Publication and Publicity, under the Directorate of Income Tax, has launched an eight-part comic series as part of the government's Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative.What's Covered In This Series?
Each series has stories about Motu and Patlu as they explore simple, everyday situations that show how taxes help build roads, hospitals, and schools. The comics make tough ideas easy to understand and help kids learn about money and taxes in a fun way.Available in Multiple Language
These comic books are available in multiple indian lanuages and can be accessed for free on the official Income Tax Department website at https://incometaxindia.gov.in/Pages/comic-books.aspx. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has motivated all affiliated schools to share this educational resource widely among students, teachers and parents.
