Age Limit for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

• The candidates applying on a Deputation basis should be below the age of 58 years in case where the age of retirement in the organization where they are working at the time of the cut date of eligibility in the advertisement is 60 years OR candidates should be below the age of 60 years in case where the age of retirement in the organization where they are working at the time of the cut date of eligibility in the advertisement is 62 years.
• The candidates applying on a Re-employment basis should be below the age of 63.
• The candidate’s applying on a Contract basis for the post of General Manager/ Additional General Manager candidates should be below the age of 57 Years and for the post of Joint General Manager/ Senior Deputy General Manager & Deputy General Manager candidates should be below the age of 50 Years.

For Domain- System/ Sub Domain- Operation and Maintenance-

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from a Govt. Recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• Applicant should have experience in Train Operation of Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail Organization or Indian Railways.

For Domain- System/Sub-Domain – (E&M and Traction)-

• BE/B. Tech. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engg. from a Govt.Recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• Applicant should have experience in Operation & / Mechanical Engg. Maintenance of E&M/Traction or Power Supply in Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail Organization or Indian Railways or Power Supply.

For Domain- System/ Sub Domain- S&T and RS-

• Candidates should have BE/B. Tech. in Electronics Engg. / Electronics & Communication Engg./ IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engg./ Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Electrical Engg/ Electronics & Telecommunication Electronics Engg./ Instrumentation and Control/Instrumentation & Control/ Instrumentation Engg./ Mechanical Engg. from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• Candidates should have Experience in Signalling /Telecom/Rolling Stock Operations in Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail Organizations or Indian Railways or in PSU/PSE.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a Deputation and Re-employment.

• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Selection Process for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
