Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For General Manager OR Additional General Manager-

• The applicant must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• The candidates should have knowledge and working experience in Contract Management, Procurement through the GeM Portal, Tendering Process (pre-qualification, bidding, Financial and Technical evaluation of Bids, issuance of LOA and preparation of contract agreement). The candidate should have handled online Bid Process management on any of the central procurement portals. Working Experience and knowledge of tendering and contract management with FIDIC conditions of contract and complying with project-related requirements of international funding institutions will be preferred.

For Sr. Deputy General Manager-

• The applicant must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university institute.

Experience-

• The candidates should have the knowledge and working experience in the latest technology of construction of Civil Metro Stations, Viaduct, Pre-Stress Bridges, DPR Planning, Casting Yard, Design, Estimation, Construction Monitoring, Project, Management, Drawing/ Feasibility, Design of Bridges/Substructure and Foundation, RCC Viaduct Superstructure, Pile Lengths, Estimation, Tendering, Quality Control, Maintaining high standard of safety practices at the site as per Safety Plan etc.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in underground transport Tunnels, stations, and Cross Passages with TBM/NATM/Cut and Cover.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a contract, deputation and Re-employment basis and the candidates who are selected for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period as given below-

• The selected candidates on a Deputation basis will be appointed for a period of 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidates on a contract basis will be appointed for a period of 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidates on on Re-employment basis will be appointed for a period of 1 year extendable on the basis of requirement or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Selection Process for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024 on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
