MPPSC Recruitment 2022: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has invited Applications in Online Mode from the Candidates’ meeting the Essential Eligibility for the Post Orthopedic Specialist in the Public Health & Family Welfare Department, Madhya Pradesh. Those deem to having satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for Orthopedic Specialist Post and intend to apply for the same, they may proceed with Online Registration Application duly following the Instructions. There are 57 Vacancies including 15 Vacancies earmarked for the General Merit Candidates. Mode of Application: Candidates’ Online Application Registration should concur with Payment of the Application Fee and uploading of all the essential Testimonials including Scanned Signature, Photograph, and Matriculation Certificate or Marks Statement indicating the Applicant’s Authenticated Birth-Date, all other Qualifications, Experience related Documents, as well mentioned in MP Public Service Commission Recruitment Notification 2022 in reference to Orthopedic Specialist.

Selection Process: Selection for the Post Orthopaedic Specialist shall be conducted through either a Personal Interview;  (or a Written Test and Personal Interview). Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has stipulated Aggregate 100 Marks for the Personal Interview.  The Category-specific Candidates securing the Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Personal Interview and subject to in toto satisfying the Eligibility to the Utmost Satisfaction of MP Public Service Commission will be placed on the Final Selection List. General Merit Candidates and those belonging to the Economically Weaker Section shall need to secure 41% Marks out of 100 Marks in the Personal Interview. Reserved Community Candidates shall have to obtain Minimum Qualifying 31% Marks in the Personal Interview for the Selection Process.

Note: MP Public Service Commission, depending on the Online Applications received in a relatively larger number from the Candidates,  any Imminent Necessity arisen out may also conduct a Written Examination as well prior to shortlisting the Candidates for Personal Interview.  The Candidates must take note that in case of an OMR Answer Based Written Examination, the Minimum Qualifying Marks already mentioned in the MPPSC Recruitment 2022 in reference to Orthopedic Specialist Post.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600 to Rs. 39100 Plus Grade Pay 6600 (As per 6th CPC. The Pay Scale corresponding to the 7th Pay Scale)

Age Limit (As On 01.01.2023): Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be Minimum 21 Years and must not exceed 40 Years. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rules also mentioned in the MPPSC issued Recruitment Advertisement.

Superannuation Age: 65 Years

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have in possession

01) Post Graduate Diploma in the Related Subject from any University or Institution duly recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI); Or

02) College of Physicians & Surgeons (CPS) Or Equivalent Qualification; Or

03) Post Graduate Degree in the related Subject from any University or Institution duly recognized by the Medical Council of India; Or

04) Super Specialty Degree/Diploma in the related Subject from any University or Institution duly recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Equivalent Qualification: Foreign Title related to the Post duly recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Desirable Qualification: Permanent Registration in Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
