01. Chief Finance Officer (Deputy General Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 50 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI); Or Chartered Financial Analyst [CFA]; Or MBA [Finance]

Experience: 10 Years’ Experience in overseeing Financial Operations [Preferably Operations in Taxation Matters] in Banks/ Large Corporate/Public Sector Undertakings/ Financial Institutions/ Financial Services Organizations, of which 03 Years should be at a Senior Management Level.

02. Chief Risk Officer (Assistant General Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 50 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduation in any Stream [Recognized/approved by the Government, Government Bodies/All-India Council for Technical Education] preferably with Professional Certification in Financial Risk Management from any of the Premium Institutes; viz., I) Global Association of Risk Professionals [GARP], II) Certification from Prima Institute or its Equivalent Institute.

Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Experience in Commercial Banks including Credit and Operational Areas of which Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in Credit & Risk Function.

Additionally, the following Experience is Preferable:

a) Hands-on implementation of Integral Risk Management System for the Bank/Financial Institutions.

b) Hands-on Experience in Assessing and Managing various types of Risks and Mitigation thereof.

03. Chief Compliance Officer (Assistant General Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 50 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/ or MBA [Finance] Preferably Certified Banking Compliance Professional by the IIBF Or Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with Relevant Experience in compliance in any Nationalised or Scheduled bank.

Experience: Overall Experience of -07 Years or above in Banking of which Minimum 03 Years in the Audit/Finance/Compliance/Legal/ Risk Management Functions.

Having Good Understanding of Banking and Risk Management, knowledge of Regulations, Legal Framework, and Sensitivity to the Supervisor’s/ Supervisors’ Expectations

04. Head – Internal Inspection & Audit (Chief Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 50 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Graduate preferably having passed CAIIB

Experience: Minimum 05 to 10 Years’ Working Experience as an Internal Inspection Auditor in Banks

05. Internal Inspection Auditor (Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 45 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Graduate preferably having passed CAIIB

Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 Years’ Working Experience as an Internal Inspection Auditor in the Banks.

06. Credit Appraisal Manager (Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 40 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

i) Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India; Or

ii) MBA [Finance] from any Reputed University Or Business School; Or

iii) Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate from any Reputed University with experience of Credit Appraisal in Nationalised or Scheduled Bank.

Experience: Minimum 02 to 05 Years’ Experience of Processing of large Credit Proposals in the Banks.

The candidate should be well-conversant with the Norms/Guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India for processing Credit Proposals

07. Treasury Manager (Manager)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 45 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

i) Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI). Or

ii) MBA [Investment Banking]/ MBA [Finance] from any Reputed University or B School. Or

iii) Bachelor’s Degree from any Reputed University with Experience of Treasury in the Nationalised or Scheduled Bank

Experience: i) Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Treasury Management in any Nationalized Bank/Reputed Private/ Cooperative Banks

08. IT (Technology) Manager & IT (Technology) Officer (One Manager & One Officer)

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualifications: B.Tech /B.Engg./ M.Tech /M.Engg. Degree in Computer / IT Or MCA

Preferred Certification: CCNA/RHCE

Experience: i) For Manager Minimum 05 Years and ii) For Officer Minimum 03 Years

12. English Stenographer-cum-Personal Assistant (English Stenographer-cum-Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer)

Age Limit: General Merit Candidate: Maximum 35 Years

Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate Preferably in English Medium.
Government Certified Speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography [Pitmen or Greg] with Government Certified Speed of 40 W.P.M. in English Typewriting

Passed CCC and having Working Skills in MS Office

Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking Gujarati.
