Myntra is hiring an experienced Associate – Design(Menswear) at their Bangalore location. You will spearhead and Execute the design development for men’s knits with a data-driven/Trend based approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of both the International and Domestic markets, consumers, graphic trends, construction feasibility, and cost-effective design.
• Translate the unique selling points (USP) of the product into design by leveraging data.
• Exhibit adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Display a keen inclination toward research and innovation, coupled with a solid knowledge of graphics, techniques, and knit fabrics.
• Utilize technology tools to identify the latest trends, top sellers, and facilitate timely handovers and approvals in collaboration with the sourcing team.
• Possess a strong comprehension of the brand’s aesthetic and ethos.
• Require good product knowledge, an understanding of design principles, and proficiency in costing.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience with a Graduate /Post-graduate degree.
• Showcase a high level of aesthetics and creative ability.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit effective communication and articulate ideas clearly.
• Have the capability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars.
• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Display high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
