The tenure for NAel Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a contractual, Fixed Term Appointment (FTA), basis initially for a period of four years (which may further be extended based on organisational requirements and individual performance) in the factory situated at UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, UP.
The candidates selected for NAel Recruitment 2024 will be given a consolidated compensation of Rs. 5.35 Lakh and Rs.6.70 Lakh per annum approx. (including employer contribution to PF) in the level of Project Engineer (Production) GR. – I/ Jr. HR Officer/ Jr. Finance Officer and Sr. Security Officer respectively.
The committee will conduct a Personal Interview to determine the eligibility of the candidates for NAel Recruitment 2024. Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted at NAeL, Naini, and Prayagraj for which call letters will be sent to the individual’s email ID.
The candidates applying for NAel Recruitment 2024 need to pay an application fee of Rs.500 (non-refundable). Candidates belonging to the category of SC/ ST/ PWBD need not pay any application fee.
