As has been mentioned in the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, following 02 Positions to be filled up by Deputation or Direct Recruitment.

Post Name: Additional General Manager (Architect)

Vacancy: 02 Nos

Deputation Term: The Period of Deputation is for a Fixed 05 (Five) Years’ Term and, hence, shall not exceed this Normal Deputation Term.

Posting Location: Delhi-NCR

Pay Scale under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The Officers, post-appointed into the notified Post Additional General Manager (Architect) shall be entitled to the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:

Pay Scale: Rs.90000 up to Rs. 240000 (E6) Per Month

Age Limit for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

As per the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should be aged Maximum 50 Years.

Maximum Age: 50 Years (mentioned in the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement)

Eligibility for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

According to the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement for Additional General Manager, the Eligibility including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, etc., have been briefly explained hereunder. However, detailed Explanation Serving Experience for Appointment (On Deputation and Direct Recruitment Bases) as well as the Sector with Pay Scales, etc. may also be read in the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architect (B.Arch.)

Experience: Minimum 14 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience at the Executive Level (E2/L9 and Higher); Or

Minimum 16 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience in respect of the Private Sector Applicants.

Selection Criteria under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for the Post Additional General Manager (Architect) involved in the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 mandates Shortlisting Criteria based on Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience.

The Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria and or Prior Work Experience in the relevant field. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Interaction for Assessment suitability for the Post. The Professional Individuals selected as Additional General Manager (Architect) shall have to execute a “Surety Bond” for to serve National Capital Region Transport Corporation for Minimum 02 Years’ Period.

Those Persons from the Government Sector and On Contract on (Regular Scale/Lump Sum) from Government Organisation/Government Instrumentalities/Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)/State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSEs)/Private Sector Organizations will have to execute the Bond for Rs.2.00 Lac to render Minimum 02-Years’ Service to National Capital Region Transport Corporation.
