As informed by the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, an applicant is asked to apply for the position of Consultant ( Network Management and Cyber Security) in the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on a contractual basis. Age Limitation for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the maximum age requirement for applying for the position of Consultant is 40 years, and the upper age limit for retired central government personnel is 62 years.

Qualification for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

For Consultant (Network Management)-

Essential Qualification–

• The candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) with implementation and operational experience in managing LAN/WAN in large organizations.

Desirable Qualification- 

• The candidates should have an M. Tech./MCA (Computer Science or IT) with Certification Management like CCNA in Network.

For Consultant (Cyber Security)-

Essential Qualification- 

• The candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) with implementation and operational experience in managing cyber security in large organizations.

Desirable Qualification- 

• The candidates should have M. Tech./MCA (Computer Science or IT).
• Certification in Cyber Security areas like CCNP/CEH/ CISSP/ CISA/ CCSP etc.

Experience for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experiences are mentioned below:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the area of CBDRR.
• The applicant must have post-qualification experience of 03 years.
• The candidates should be retired government officials with grade pay in PB-11 and above with experience of more than 10 years and knowledge in the required domain field.

Remuneration for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.75000 to Rs.100000 per month for Consultant. Remuneration, Allowances, Leave entitlement, and maximum terms of appointment in respect of retired central government Employees engaged as Senior consultants on a contract basis in NDN4A shall be regulated as per the provisions laid down in Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure o.M. No. 3-25/2020-E.I1I.A dated 09th December 2020, as informed by the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023.

Tenure for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the successful candidates will be given a contract for 03 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of another 05 years subject to satisfactory performance. The engagement of a consultant at NDMA is of a temporary nature and NDMA can terminate the contract at any time without prior notice and without providing any reason for it.
