NEET UG 2023: Today, on April 15, 2023, the National Testing Agency, or NTA, will close the NEET UG 2023 registration process. So the candidates who still want to apply can register for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test through the official website of NTA NEET. The registration process was reopened on 13 April 2023, for three days, on the demand of many students across the country. NEET UG is the only entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical courses in India. It is essential for candidates to ensure that they have filled in all the details correctly before submitting the application form because the correction window will not be opened again by the NTA.
The NEET UG 2023 test will be conducted on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. as a common and uniform entrance Test throughout India as well as cities outside India in approximately 499 cities for admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in government and private medical colleges across the country. For the general category, the application fee is Rs 1700; for the general EWS/OBC-NCL category, it is Rs 1600; and for the SC/ST/PwBD and Third Gender category, it is Rs 1,000. The application cost for those living outside of India is Rs 9500.
The Agency will release the exam city slip for all applicants who will be appearing in the examination, shortly after the registration process is complete. Exam city slip helps the candidates to be aware of the exam center much before the release of admit card so that they can make proper arrangements for traveling (if required) to the exam center. The exam city slip will be available for download from the official website.
According to the trends of the past few years, All the candidates who have completed their registration process will be issued the NEET UG Admit Card, one week before the exam date. Candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website of NTA once it is released.
