NEET UG Result: The official NEET results for 2024 will be released in two days, according to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who praised the Supreme Court’s ruling on the NEET UG 2024 case and claimed that truth had finally won out. In rejecting the appeals for the controversial exam to be cancelled and retested, the Supreme Court determined that there was insufficient evidence to draw the conclusion that the exam had been “vitiated” due to a “systemic breach” of its sanctity.

“The decision made on NEET-UG today will allay fears and provide thousands of deserving and diligent students a sense of comfort. I am appreciative of the Supreme Court’s historic decision upholding students’ rights. Those who disparaged the Indian examination system and took advantage of the situation to further their personal agendas, gain political favor, and incite “civil unrest and anarchy” will be forced to face reality by the ruling. The education minister said on X (previously Twitter) that “Shri Rahul Gandhi should apologise for playing with the sentiments of lakhs of students and their parents as well as for trying to gain political mileage out of it.”

The National Testing Agency (NTA) and the beleaguered BJP-led NDA government welcomed the interim verdict, which will be followed by a thorough and well-reasoned order. The NTA and the government were the target of intense criticism and demonstrations in Parliament and on the streets due to claims of widespread malpractices, including question paper leaks, fraud, and impersonation during the test on 5th May.

“Satyamev Jayate”The verdict of the court has been upheld,” Pradhan declared at a press conference held in this location. He stressed that the government has zero tolerance for any form of violation and that the sanctity of exams is “supreme for us.” The Center had been asserting that there had been no widespread leak, and the Supreme Court had supported that position. The education minister declared that no one will be spared if they are discovered to have participated in examining irregularities.

According to Dharmendra Pradhan, the NTA would release the NEET-UG final results in two days. He also mentioned that the merit list for the exam will be updated in light of the Supreme Court’s observations. He accused the opposition of attempting to foment “anarchy and civil unrest” in relation to the NEET issue.
