The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced a new change in SPICe+ Part B filing. It is the second part of the government's web-based SPICe+application, used for company registration after the name has been reserved in Part A.
This will make the company registration process much smoother. SPICe+ has been divided into different sections to make filing easier, and you can save your details at any point and edit them later if needed.
With this new update, all new companies is mandatory verify its details such as mobile number and email ID using an OTP before it can submit the SPICe+ Part B form for registering a new company. This means the form will only be accepted after the details are confirmed.
