Based on the official notification of NFL Recruitment 2024, there are 18 vacancies open for the mentioned posts. The selected candidates will receive an annual income up to Rs.25.99 lakhs.

For Senior Manager (Marketing), Manager (Marketing) and Deputy Manager (Marketing)-
The applicant should have a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years of full-time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ Rural Management/ Foreign trade/International Marketing from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE OR B.Sc in Agriculture, with Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/ Departmental candidates) in M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or M.Sc with specialization in any discipline of Agriculture from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE/ICAR.
For Assistant Manager (Microbiologist)-
The applicant should have an M.Sc. degree (Microbiology) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from a recognized university.
The applicant should have a Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates), with English as a subject at the degree (Graduation) level OR Master’s Degree of a recoganized University in English with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates), with Hindi as a subject at the degree (Graduation) level OR Master’s Degree of a recoganized University in any subject with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates), with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree (Graduation )level OR Master’s Degree of a recoganized University in any subject with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates), with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the degree (Graduation) level OR Master’s Degree of a recoganized University in any subject with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates), with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree (Graduation) level or certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized Institute or University.
