NFRA Recruitment 2023 for Various Posts: Check Vacancies, Eligibility and Other Details

NFRA Recruitment 2023: National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) is hiring candidates for Chief General Manager, Manager, General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager posts on a deputation basis. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. It may be extended for another two years such that the maximum period of deputation shall not exceed five years.

There are 12 vacancies for these posts. As per the official NFRA Recruitment 2023 notification, interested candidates can send their applications within 2 months from the date of publication of the advertisement i.e. 16.12.2022.

As per the official recruitment notification, the post names and the number of vacancies are given below;

Eligibility for NFRA Recruitment 2023:

The post-wise qualifications are given below;

Chief General Manager

Group A Officers from All India or Central Civil Services:

i. With five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200) in the pay matrix; OR

ii. With ten years of regular service m the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700) m the pay matrix; AND 

Minimum five years of experience in the fields of law, investigation, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and Administration.

Manager

An officer of Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Governments:

i. With regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 10 (Rs. 56100-177500) in the pay matrix; OR

ii. With three years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix; AND

Minimum two years post- qualification experience in the fields of law, investigation, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and Administration.

General Manager

Group A Officers from All India or Central Civil Services:

i. With five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200) in the pay matrix; OR

ii. With ten years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the pay matrix; AND

Minimum five years experience in the fields of law, investigation, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and Administration.

Deputy General Manager

Group A Officers from All India or Central Civil Services:

i. In the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200) in the pay matrix; OR

ii. With five years of regular service m the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the pay matrix; OR

iii. With nine years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 10 (Rs. 56100-177500) in the pay matrix; AND

Minimum three years experience m the fields of law, investigation, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and Administration.

Assistant Manager

An officer of Central Government or State Governments, or Union Territory Governments:

i. With regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix; OR

ii. With two years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in the pay matrix; AND

Minimum two years post-qualification experience in the fields of law, investigation, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and Administration.

Salary for NFRA Recruitment 2023:

The post-wise salaries are given below;

Chief General Manager

The basic pay will be Rs. 101900-3000 (4) -113900 (5)

Manager

The basic pay will be Rs. 35150- 1750(9)-50900- EB- 1750(2)-54400-2000(4)- 62400(16)

General Manager

The basic pay will be Rs. 72800-2250(1)-75050-2400(2)-79850-2500(3)-87350-3000(5)- 102350(12)

Deputy General Manager

The basic pay will be Rs. 68500-2150 (2)-72800-2250(6)-86300 (9)

Assistant Manager

The basic pay will be Rs. 28150-1550(4)- 34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750 (4)-53600-2000(1)-55600
