NHAI Recruitment 2022: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has sought Applications from Experienced Officers with Relevant Experience Eligible with the Essential Qualifications and Proven Experience for Appointment on to Group ‘A’ Post Manager (Rajbhasha) On a Deputation Basis.

In view of the NHAI Recruitment Notification 2022 issued for the Purpose, among the Experienced Persons, those Officers, who deem to have met the Mandatory Eligibility Criteria in respect of the NHAI notified Post Manager (Rajbhasha), and intend to submit their respective Candidacy may apply Online with Relevant Particulars in the Application Proforma to be filled in. There is 01 Vacancy for the Post of Manager (Rajbhasha) Group ‘A’.

Note: The Willing Candidates should apply with No Objection Certificate issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority/Head of Department/Employer.

12th December 2022 (12.12.2022) is the Last Date for the Officer Candidates’ Online Application with the Essential Documents as notified in the NHAI Recruitment Notification 2022 issued in reference to Deputational Recruitment into Group ‘A’ Manager  Post.  Duly completed Applications coupled with the Mandatory Documents in the form of  Testimonials in PDF File enclosed into an Envelope subscripted as “Application for the Group ‘A’ Post Manager (Rajbhasha) in the NHAI should be receivable in the Office of the Deputy General (HR/Administration)  before the Deadline mentioned hereinabove.

Selection Process: The NHAI constituted Screening Committee  shall carry through Shortlisting of the Eligible Candidates based on the Applicant Candidates’ Applications and the Information furnished in the Appointment. ” Selection of the Candidates for Appointment to the Deputation “Manager (Official Language)” will be conducted through Personal Interview/Viva voce

Selection to the Post of Manager (Rajbhasha) shall be conducted from among the Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Central Public Sector Undertaking/Government Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organization holding Analogous Post(s) on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department in Pay Level 11. Or The Officer should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department or 04 Years’ Experience with Post-Appointment Service rendered in Pay Level 10 or/07 Years’ Experience with Post-Appointment Service rendered in Pay Level 08.

Post-Graduate with English as a Main Subject or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with Hindi as a Main Subject from any Duly Recognized University. Or

Post-Graduate in any Discipline or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with Hindi and English from any Duly Recognized University. Or

Post-Graduate with any Subject in English Medium or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with Hindi as a Main Subject from any Duly Recognized University.

Desirable: Knowledge of any one Regional Dialect other than the Hindi Language described in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India in Matriculation or Equivalent thereof from any Board of Education duly recognized by the Law of  the Central Government/State Government.
