NHAI Recruitment 2022: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is hiring Experienced Officers with Relevant Experience for the Manager (Rajbhasha) post on a Deputation Basis. There is only 01 Vacancy for the Post of Manager (Rajbhasha). The maximum age limit to apply is 56 years. Post-Graduate with Hindi as a Main Subject or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with English as the Main Subject from any Duly Recognized University. Or
Post-Graduate with English as a Main Subject or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with Hindi as a Main Subject from any Duly Recognized University. Or
Post-Graduate in any Discipline or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree in Hindi and English from any Duly Recognized University. Or
Post-Graduate with any Subject in English Medium or Equivalent and Bachelor Course Degree with Hindi as a Main Subject from any Duly Recognized University.
Desirable: Knowledge of any one Regional Dialect other than the Hindi Language described in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India in Matriculation or Equivalent from any Board of Education duly recognized by the Law of the Central Government/State Government.
Equivalent to Pay Matrix Level 11: Pay Band 3:Rs.15600 to Rs.39100 Plus Grade Pay 6600.00
Appointment to the Post of “Manager (Official Language) on Deputation Basis” will be through Shortlisting and a Personal Interview in the National Highway Authority of India Website.
Selection to the Post of Management shall be conducted from among the Officers under Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Federal State Regions/Public Sector Undertaking or Government Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organization should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department in Pay Level 11. OR The Officer should be holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department or 04 Years’ Experience with Post-Appointment Service rendered in Pay Level 10 or/07 Years’ Experience with Post-Appointment Service rendered in Pay Level 08.

Certification Testimonials Duly Countersigned with the Seal to be issued by the Employer Or Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA)
i. No Vigilance Case or Disciplinary Case is pending or contemplated against Shri ………../ Shrimati……..
ii. His/Her Integrity is Certified
iii. His / Her Confidential Report Dossier (Photocopies of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the preceding 05 Years duly attested by an Officer of Rank of the Under-Secretary of the Government of India
iv. Neither a Major or Minor Penalty has been imposed on Him / Her in the past 10 years. A List of Major or Minor Penalty/ies imposed on Him or Her in the last 10 Years is enclosed herewith (as the case may be).
