NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) and General Manager (Legal) on a deputation/Promotion basis. As per the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 42 Vacancies. Selected candidates on a deputation basis will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
As per the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 215900. There is no age limit for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) and the candidates applying for the post of General Manager (Legal) should be below the age of 56 years. There are no eligibility criteria for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) and the candidates applying for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute and 14 years of experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher, out of which 7 years of experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

Deputy General Manager (Technical)
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 12 (Rs.78800- 209200)/(pre-revised) PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600.
General Manager (Legal)
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 13 (Rs.123100- 215900)(pre-revised) PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700.
The selected candidate on a deputation basis will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which can be extendable for 01 more year.
There is no age limit for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) and the candidates applying for the post of General Manager (Legal) should be below the age of 56 years.
