NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is hiring qualified candidates for Project Manager, Manager-Finance and Accounts Manager – Highway Maintenance, Manager-HR & Admin, Assistant Manager- Admin, Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts and Accountant Positions. There is a total of 10 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official announcement of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary on pay minimum salary is Rs 5200 and a maximum salary is Rs 39100. As per the official notification, the terms of employment are initially for a period of 3 years contract which may be extended for a further period based on performance and mutual consent.
The last date for submission of the application is 17th February 2023 (up to 06.00 pm). According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 notification, preference will be given to candidates having BE/ B-tech- Civil, Minimum of 3 years experience in a Highways/ Road Sector Company. The maximum age limit for the candidates who are applying for the positions of Manager-Finance and Accounts, Manager – Highway Maintenance, Manager-HR & Admin, Assistant Manager- Admin and Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts is 35 years.
for the position of Project Manager, the maximum age limit required is 40 years.
For the position of Accountant, the maximum age limit required is 30 years.
As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the qualification required for posts is given below.
For Project Manager: The candidate should have BE/B-tech– Civil, a Minimum of 8 years experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
For Manager-Finance and Accounts: The candidate should have CA/CMA, Minimum of 5 years experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
For Manager – Highway Maintenance: The candidate should have BE/B-tech– Civil, Minimum 5 years experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
For Manager-HR & Admin: The candidate should have MBA-HR-Regular, Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant Sector.
For Assistant Manager- Admin: The candidate should have an MBA/BBA or Equivalent, Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant Sector.
For Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: The candidate should have BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 3 years experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company. LLB Preferred.
For Accountant: The candidate should have CA/CMA with a Minimum of 1 year of experience or M.com/B.com with a minimum of 3 years of Experience in a Highways/Infra Sector Company.

For Manager-HR & Admin: Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600
For Assistant Manager- Admin: Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-4800
For Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-5400
For Accountant: Pay Band-5200-20200 Grade Pay-2800
