NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Chief General Manager (Finance/Utility Shifting). According to the official notification of NHAI recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 37400 to Rs. 67000. The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in India. As given in the official notification of NHAI recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years. Candidates will be selected through Search-cum-Selection Committee.

Chief General Manager (Finance)-
Degree in Commerce/ Accounts/Finance/ICAI/ICWAI from a recognized University/ Management from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent OR Member of any organized Group‘A’ Finance/Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government. AND 17 years’ service as Group ‘A’ [Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400] or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/Fund Management/Disbursement in an organization of repute.
Chief General Manager (Utility Shifting)-
Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics & Electrical Communication or equivalent degree from a recognized University/Institute; AND 17 years’ service as Group ‘A’ [Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400] or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which cumulative experience of 10 years in laying, operation and maintenance of electrical lines and substations in PSUs/State Power Utilities.
In accordance with the official notification of NHAI recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for 03 years which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of Chairman, NHAI.
