NHAI Recruitment 2023: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) recruits qualified Indian nationals for the post of Chief General Manager through Search-cum-Selection Committee Selection Procedure. According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for two (02) open vacancies in the Finance and Utility Shifting disciplines. The number of positions may be increased or decreased based on NHAI requirements. The shortlisted applicants would be paid a monthly salary of PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with a Grade Pay of Rs.10000 (pre-revised), which is comparable to Pay Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200) of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC. The maximum age restriction for applying for the specific position is 56 years. The appointment is done on a deputation basis, and the selected applicants will be appointed for a term of three years, which may be extended by one year.
According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates willing to enrol for the post of CGM (Finance) should have a degree in Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ ICAI/ ICWAI from a recognised University, whereas the candidates interested in CGM (Utility Shifting) candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Electronics & Electrical Communication, or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. Candidates interested in employment should apply online through the official website and send a printout of their completed application, along with the required documents, to the General Manager (HR and Admn)-III, National Highways Authority of India, Plot No.G-5 and 6, Sector-10 Dwarka, New Delhi, on or before the closing date. Other application methods will not be accepted. Shortlisted candidates will be approached for an interview after their documents have been examined. The closing date for the application submission is 05.09.2023.
