According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, there are 62 openings to be filled for the post of General Manager(Technical), Deputy General Manager (Technical), Manager (Technical) and Junior Hindi Translator. 

Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Qualification and Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience for NHAI Recruitment 2023 are given below-

For General Manager (Technical)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 14 years of experience in GroupA service out of which 9 years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to National / State Highways.

For Deputy General Manager (Technical)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 06 years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges.

For Manager (Technical)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 03 years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Junior Hindi Translator-

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. OR 
• The candidate should have a Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than. Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. OR 
• The candidate should have a Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level. And 
• The candidate should have a Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa or three years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India undertaking.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or the equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. OR 
• The candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 215900.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates for the post of General Manager (Technical) will be appointed for a period of 3 (three) years which may be extended for another 01 (two) years and candidates selected for rest of the other posts will be appointed for a period of 03 (three) years which may be extended for another 02 (two) years with the approval of Chairman, NHAI. Further extension beyond 5th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.
