NHSRC Recruitment 2022: National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has invited Applications from Experienced Regular/ Contractual Officers/ Managers working in the Central Public Sector Undertakings/ Special Project Vehicles (SPVs)/Metro Railways/Ministry of Railways/Government Departments for the Posts 1) Senior Manager (E4)/Manager (E3) on Absorption Basis.

19th December 2022 (19.12.2022) is the Last Date for the Candidates’ Applications (through Email and Later RPAD/Speed Post/Ordinary Post/In Person) receivable in the Office of General Manager (HR), NHSRC Ltd.

Mode of Applying: Among the Eligible Personnel, who deem to have duly met the Criteria in reference to the Posts; Senior Manager (E4) / Manager (E3)apply as per the Instructions stipulated in respect of Applying. Duly completed Applications may be transmitted by Email and also in the shape of a Hard Copy of the Applications with the Essential Documents.

The Candidates Applicants for the Posts Senior Manager / Manager Posts should submit their respective Applications addressed to the General Manager (HR) as per the Enclosed Application Format.

The Eligible Candidates’ Applications together with the Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority Countersigned Confidential Reports (CRs) including Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) with the Seal, No Objection Certificate issued as well as other Certificates including the Integrity Certificates, Vigilance Clearing Certificates issued by the Forwarding Authority altogether enclosed into Individual Envelope superscripted as “Application for the Post of………………… ……………….., Vacancy No……………………..” by the Eligible Candidates.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.Engg in Electrical Engineering from any duly recognized University.

Eligibility

A) For the Employees working in the IDA Pay Scales of CPSEs/SPVs/Metro Railways)

Senior Manager (Electrical) when operated in E-4

i) Minimum 08 Years Post-Qualification Work Experience (out of which Minimum 05 Years’ Executive Experience) and

ii) Working in Analogous Grade (E-4) Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA);Or

Working in Rs. 60000 to Rs.1.80 Lac (IDA E-3) Equivalent to Rs. 24900 to 50,500 (Pre-Revised) for Minimum 02 Years.

iii) Should have Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in the areas detailed in the Job Description.

B) For the Employees working in the CDA Pay Scales of of Ministry of Railways/other Government Departments

i) Officers working in Grade ‘A’ Pay Band-3 (15600-39100 Pay GP5400 & Grade Pay 6600) up to 06 Years’ Service; Or

Officers working in Group ‘B’ Pay Band-2 Grade Pay 5400/4800 (Level 8/9 of 7th CPC); Or

Working in Pay Band-2 Plus Grade Pay 4600 for Minimum 01 Year and a Total Service of minimum 20 Years in Group ‘C’.

ii) Should have Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in the areas detailed in the Job Description.

2) Manager (E3) on Absorption Basis

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years

Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.Engg. in Electrical Engineering from any duly recognized University.

Eligibility

A) For the Employees working in the IDA Pay Scales of CPSEs/SPVs/Metro Railways)

Manager (Electrical) when operated in E-3 (IDA)

i) Minimum 06 Years Post-Qualification Work Experience, and

ii) Working in Analogous Grade (E-3) Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA);Or

Working in Rs. 50000 to Rs.1.60 Lac (IDA E-2) Equivalent to Rs. 20600 to Rs.46500 (Pre-Revised) for Minimum 02 Years.

iii) Minimum 03 Years in the areas in Detailed Job Responsibility Area.

B) For the Employees working in the CDA Pay Scales of of Ministry of Railways/other Government Departments

i) Employees working in Pay Band-2 Plus GP- 4600 (Level 7 of 7th CPC) with minimum 15 Years of Group ‘C’ Service.

ii) Should have Minimum 04 Years’ Experience in the areas detailed in the Job Description.
