NHSRC Recruitment 2023: National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi, has sought Applications through ‘Proper Channel’ in respect of the Personnel duly Eligible for Appointment on Chief Project Manager Post with 02 Vacancies to be filled up on Deputation Basis in Surat and Vasai vide the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 01.05.2023. Based on the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligible Applicants with Interest in Chief Project Manager Post with notified 02 Vacancies for Posting in Surat and Vasai Cities to be filled up by Deputation under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance may apply well ahead of the 30th Date notified thereby.
As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Notified Post Chief Project Manager shall be filled up by Deputation with Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance with 05 Years’ Engagement Tenure with the Appointment Terms. The NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Cadre Controlling Authority/ies to complete submission on E-Mail of the duly completed Applications Minimum 07 Days Prior to the Last Date of the Application according to the Instructions explained therein.
As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 02 Vacancies notified therein are to be filled up by Deputation in the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE).

Based on the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer to be issued Appointment as Chief Project Manager shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per NHSRCL Policy).
Based on the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit in respect of the Eligible Official for the Post as on the Closing Date is as follows:
Age Limit: Not to exceed/more than 55 Years
Service: The Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)
Eligibility: Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NF-SAG) Level IRSE Officer in Pay Matrix Level 14 (in 7th CPC) Plus Grade Pay Rs 10000 (Pre-Revised) with Minimum 18 Years of Group ‘A’ Service
Experience: Should have Experience in handling High-Value Contracts Construction.
Desirable Requirements: Should be well-versed in Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) (FIDIC) Conditions of the Contract.
According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on to the Notified Chief Project Manager Posts shall be carried through by Deputation involving a Viva-voce/Personal Interview.
Appropriately Suitable Candidates selected as Chief Project Manager Post-Selection would be issued Appointments for Maximum 05 Years subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of Immediate Absorption].
According to the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, all Zonal Railways should forward via E-Mail the Names of Eligible Officers with Interest should complete the Application submission related Formalities annexed with Mandatory Documents within 30 Days after issuance of the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
As has been notified by the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, duly completed Applications of the Eligible Officers with Desire should be submitted through Proper Channel. All Zonal Railways/Public Units should forward the duly completed Applications with all Essential Annexures in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma and all other Formats through Proper Channel ahead of time Before or up to 30th Day post-issuance of this NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
