NIA Recruitment 2024: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is looking for capable candidates for the positions of Inspector, Sub Inspector, Asstt. Sub- Insp and Head Constable in NIA on a deputation basis. Based on the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, there are 119 vacant seats for the stated position. The chosen applicant will be paid a salary of up to Rs.81700 per month.
In accordance with the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s upper age limit should not be more than 56 years. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The appointment is made on a deputation/absorption basis for a period of 03 years. According to the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, willing and skilled candidates should have to submit their duly filled application form along with the supporting documents to the mentioned address within 60 days from the date of publication. The opening date of the application form is 22-12-2024.
Posts Name and Vacancies for NIA Recruitment 2024:
NIA has opened 119 vacancies for the posts of Inspector, Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub-Insp. and Head Constable in NIA on deputation basis, as per the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024.
Referring to the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.
Place of Work for NIA Recruitment 2024:
In accordance with the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the place of posting for the chosen applicant will be anywhere in India.
As indicated in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria are listed below:
For Inspector-
The officers of the Central Government, State Government or Union Territories:-
Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
With 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200 in the parent cadre or department; and
Possessing the following qualifications and experiences:
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Two years’ experience in handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases or Training in counter terrorism.
For Asstt. Sub- Insp-
The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-
Holding analogous post on regular basis.
One rank up if, HCs (pay scale PB-1 with GP 2400 pre revised) with 5 years regular services in the grade, and
The candidate should have degree of Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience of at least 02 years in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations or information technology management.
For Head Constable –
Officers of the Central or State Police Organization or State Police organizations or Government’ Intelligence agency or other investigation bodies;
Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. And
Processing the minimum educational qualification of 12th class pass or equivalent from any recognized Board of University.
