NICDC Recruitment 2022: National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) Limited invites eligible candidates for the posts of Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Executive. The candidate age shall not be above 40 years and the last date of receipt of the application is 22nd August 2022.

Selection procedure for given posts: A Selection Committee will be constituted to shortlist, interview, and recommend the candidate.

1. Manager (Infrastructure & Planning)

Job Description And Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and Technical Appraisal of feasibility studies/ engineering studies/DPRs and provide necessary inputs related to all aspects of infrastructure planning, engineering design, implementation strategy, and costing;
2. Facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring;
3. Preparing and monitoring prestart estimates, the cost to complete and MIS reports.
4. Timely selection and development of cost-effective quality vendors; Etc.

Age: Candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 31st August 2022.

Academic Qualification: Should be BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure Planning/ Construction Management/ Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Transport Planning from a recognized University with a good academic record. A Master’s in Engineering in any discipline or Business Administration will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience dealing with project management, analysis, modeling, strategy, structuring, project marketing, PPP Procurement, Concession Agreement, Risk Management, Government Interface, and its related areas.

Pay Band: E-3 Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 (CTC approx. 15-16 Lakhs Per annum)

2. Assistant Manager (Infrastructure Development)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and finalization of tender documents for industrial corridor projects;
2. Evaluation of tender packages of SPVs for NICDC Projects;
3. Preparation of reports, and agenda notes for NICDIT meetings and NICDC Board meetings. etc.

Age: The candidate shall not be above 32 years of age as on 31st August 2022.

Academic Qualification: Should be B.Tech/ BE in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Bachelor in Architecture and Masters in Operations/ Projects Management/ Finance/ Construction Management from a reputed college/ university with good academic record.

Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience.

Pay Band: E-2 Rs.50000 to 160000 (approx. CTC Rs.12 lakhs per annum)

3. Assistant Manager (Urban and Regional Planning)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating baseline reports of project sites/industrial nodes/cities/regions, etc.;
2. Organizing necessary surveys and investigations in consultation with consultants;
3. Prioritization of sub-projects and preparation of implementation programs;
4. Preparation of Development Plans/Master Plans of the identified green field industrial cities, etc.

Age: The candidate should not be more than 32 years of age as on 31st August 2022.

Academic Qualification: Should be a Graduate in Civil/Architecture and Masters in Urban Planning/Regional Planning/Environmental Planning/ Infrastructure Planning or equivalent from a recognized University with the good academic record.

Experience: Minimum 04 years of overall experience in planning (Urban Planning/ City Planning/ Country Planning/ Town planning/ Regional Planning/ Infrastructure Planning/ Transport Planning/ Environmental Planning). Having working experience on Master Plan / Development Plan / CDPs / Urban Planning projects.

Pay Band: E2 Rs.50000 to Rs.160000 (approx. CTC Rs.12 Lakhs per annum)

4. Manager (Projects & Planning)

Job Description And Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
3. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
4. Monthly/Quarterly project on MIS system of Government of India like NIP, PMO, OCMS (MOSPI), etc.

Age: The candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 31st August 2022.

Academic Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil and Masters in Project Management/Operations Management/Construction Management or similar degree from a recognized university with a good academic record.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in dealing with project management, analysis, modeling, strategy, structuring, PPP Procurement, Concession Agreement, Risk Management, Government Interface, and its related areas. A candidate having experience of working in a Government Sector/organization will be preferred.

Pay Band: E-3 Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 (CTC approx. Rs. 15 lakhs per annum).

5. Manager (Urban and Regional Planning)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating baseline reports of project sites/industrial nodes/cities/region, etc.;
2. Organizing necessary surveys and investigations;
3. Prioritization of sub projects and preparation of implementation programs, etc.

Age: The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as on 31st August 2022.

Academic Qualification: Should be a Graduate in Civil/ Architecture and Masters in Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Environmental Planning/ Infrastructure Planning or equivalent from a recognized University with good academic record.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience in planning (Urban Planning/ City Planning/ Country Planning/ Town planning/ Regional Planning/ Infrastructure Planning/ Transport Planning/ Environmental Planning). Having working experience on Master Plan / Development Plan / CDPs / Urban Planning projects.

Pay Band: E3 Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 (IDA) (approx. CTC Rs.15 Lakhs per annum)

6. Senior Executive (Infrastructure Development)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting letters, memos and any other relevant documents on behalf of SPV’s/NIC projects, reviewing project progress payments claimed by the Contractors/ Consultants;
2. Supervision & Site inspection of Projects,
3. To carry out such other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time, etc.

Age: Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as on 31st August, 2022.

Academic Qualification: Should be B. Tech/ BE in Civil/Bachelor in Architecture and Masters in Urban Planning/Urban Infrastructure/Urban Design/Urban Management/ Infrastructure Planning/ Infrastructure Development & Management or any equivalent discipline from a reputed college / university with good academic record.

Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience.

Pay Band: E-1 Rs.40000 to Rs.140000 (CTC approx. 10 Lakhs per annum)

7. Senior Manager (Infrastructure Development)

Key Responsibilities:
