For Assistant Librarian-
Essential Qualification-

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science Documentation Science with at least 60% marks or an equivalent Professional degree or its equivalent with an equivalent grade (6.5 on 10 point scale) or its equivalent grade of ‘B’. in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service.
• The candidate should have qualified in the national level test such as NET/SLET/SET conducted for the purpose of the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

Desirable Qualification-

• The candidate should have a PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.
• The candidate with a higher degree (Ph. D. or equivalent) in a relevant Discipline shall be preferred.

For Executive Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidate should have a B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil / Electrical Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC 7-point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. OR
• The employees of the Institute with at least five years of regular service as Assistant Engineer (SG II) in PB-2, Grade Pay of Rs.4800 or with at least two years of regular service as Assistant Engineer (SG-1) in PB-2, Grade Pay of Rs.5400.

For Medical Officer-
Essential Qualification-

• The candidates should have an MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

Desirable Qualification-

• The candidates should have a Postgraduate Qualification, preferably MD in General Medicine, or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

The scale of Pay for NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates of given posts will get a monthly salary of Rs.56100 with NPA as per government instructions.

• NOC and experience Certificate from the Head of Organization for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month and year) indicating the basic pay, Grade Pay (GP)/Pay Matrix Level and consolidated pay. The certificate should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post with duration.
• NET/SET/GATE qualifying certificates, if applicable.
• Registration Certificate with State / Indian Medical Register should be attached with the application form for Medical Officer, if applicable.
• Any other relevant documents in support of the entries filled in the application form and fee receipt.
