NPCI Recruitment 2022: National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) invites applications for the Position of Java developer Associate/ Senior Associate / Lead. The job location is in Mumbai and Chennai.

This role of the Associate is Java Application Development. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and the development of user interface in the form of mobile and desktop webapp. The primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Build new solutions and products to keep NPCI on top of the technology curve.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Functional Experience for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Experience working with open-source projects.
• Strong hands-on development experience in the below technologies:
• Front-end technology: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap. Knowledge of third-party libraries like jQuery, Angular and React JS is desirable.
• Development Languages: At least one server-side programming languages like Java, NodeJS, etc. Understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.
• Database and cache: Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases like Postgre, Cassandra, Oracle, and SQLServer. Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Memcached, Redis
• Basic design ability: The knowledge of designing & principles of basic prototype design and UI /UX design.
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSP, Spring MVC & RESTful APIs).
• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures, concurrency, and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.

Qualifications for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
• Experience: 2 to 10 years
