NPSC Recruitment 2023 for 154 Vacancies: up to Pay Scale 13, Check Posts, Eligibility and Last Date to Apply:
NPSC Recruitment 2023: The Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC), Kohima has sought Online Applications from the Persons duly Eligible for various Posts in Multiple Departments under Nagaland State Government notified in the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued in reference to the Combined Technical Service(s) Examination (CTSE) 2023 to be held for Selection on the Posts notified. Candidates interested in applying may complete the Online Registration and Application Process as per the Instructions notified in the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued for the purpose.
The Posts notified vide the NPSC Recruitment 2023 to be filled through Combined Technical Service Examination (CTSE) 2023 are as follows:
01) Sub-Divisional Officer, 02) Junior Engineer, 03) Assistant Architect, 04) Assistant Mechanical Engineer, 05) Junior Architect, 06) Assistant Electricals Inspector, 07) Assistant Drilling Engineer, 08) Assistant Geologist, 09) Assistant Mining Engineer, 10) Assistant Urban Development Officer, 11) Motor Vehicle Inspector, 12) Foreman, 13) Program Officer, 14) Inspector, 15) Cameraman, 16) Demonstrator and 17) Project Officer
There are 154 Vacancies inclusive of (Fresh 2023 and Backlog for the Years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2021) under notified under the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. Only those Candidates, who are eligible to appear in the Combined Technical Services Examination (CTSE) 2023, may complete One-Time Registration (OTR). The Last Date for the Candidates to complete the One Time Registration is 24th February 2023 (24.02.2023). The End Date for the Online Application Process is 28th February 2023 (28.02.2023).

80% of Total Vacancies inclusive of Fresh and Backlog are reserved for the Candidates belonging to a) Any Naga Tribe, b) Kuki, c) Kachari, d) Garo and e) Mikir provided such Persons are Indigenous Inhabitants of the State of Nagaland.
According to the NPSC Recruitment 2023, Pay Matrix/Levels specific to to Posts are as follows:
i) Pay Level-08 [Job Nos:7(c) 10]
ii) Pay Band Grade: Rs.5200-20200 2800 [Job Nos:7 (b), 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17]
iii) Pay Level-11 for [Job Nos : 1 (b), 2(d),(e)(f),3(c),(d)(e), 4(b), 5(d)(e), 7(a)8(a)(b), 18(b)(c),19, 20(b)(c)(d), 21(b), 23(b)]
iv) Pay Level 13 [Job Nos.: 1(a), 2(a)(b),(c) 3(a),(b), 4(a), 5(a)(b)(c), 6, 9, 15, 16, 18(a), 20(a) 21(a), 22, 23(a)
As mentioned in the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification [“Advertisement No. NPSC/Advt-1/04 (Vol-1) Dated 30.01.2023 CTSE (Engineering Services) 2023”], the General (Open) Merit Candidates as on 01.01.2023 should be aged between Minimum 21 and Maximum 30 Years
i) The Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be aged Minimum 21 Years and 30 Years.
ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are as per the Government Rules.

Essential: The Candidates Applicant for the Posts should refer to the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement for Eligibility including Educational Qualification, etc.
Minimum Essential Qualifications:
i) Bachelor of Engineering (Agril/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Or 03 Years’ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
ii) Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Mining/Mechanical/Drilling Engineering from any Accredited recognized University/Diploma with 2nd Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.
iii) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from any Duly Recognized University
iv) Bachelor’s Degree in the Post-related Concerned Branch
b) Master’s Degree in Geology from any Accredited University/M.Tech in Applied Geology/Equivalent.
c) Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized university / Diploma with second class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.
d) Post-Graduate Degree in Architecture and other Subjects relevant to the Post.
e) Passed Class X with ITI Certificate in the Post related Trade
f) 03-Years’ Diploma in the Concerned Engineering/Subject
Selection on all the Posts shall be carried through by the Combined Technical Service Examination 2023. Detailed Selection Criteria specific to the Posts may be read in the NPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
Following Fee under NPSC Recruitment 2023 should be remitted Online through the Payment Gateways:
Examination Rs.300 Plus 25 (Convenience Fee) = Total Rs.325 (Rupees Three Hundred Twenty-Five only).
i) Log on to NPSC Website to initiate Online Registration and Application Process.
ii) One Time Registration (OTR) is Mandatory for filling up of Online Application for Engineering Services-2023 and Future Online Applications.
iii) One Time Registration will be Active 24th February 2023 (Noon-Hour).
*Note: Those in the Government Service shall need to submit “No Objection Certificate” duly signed by the Head of the Department. A Scanned copy of respective No Objection Certificate should be uploaded during the Online Application Process.
