The National Stock Exchange (NSE) Released New Digital Portal for filing of Information with the Exchange – for Equity Announcements & Disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011

Subject: Filing of disclosures under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 on New Digital Portal
This is in continuation to the Exchange Circular dated January 06, 2022 informing about the launch of New Digital Portal for filing intimations with the Exchange. The Exchange has introduced facility of filing of disclosures pertaining to
under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 & SEBI Circular dated August 07, 2019 with effect from February 19, 2022 on the said digital portal.
All Acquirer(s) /Members/Investors/promoter(s)/All Listed Companies are requested to take note that submission of disclosures for the aforesaid Regulations shall be on the Digital Portal only and any submissions made on [email protected] will not be treated as compliance.
