As per the NTPC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for twelve (12) vacancies for its CO2 to Methanol Plant and Green Chemicals on a fixed-term basis. The shortlisted applicants would be paid a monthly salary ranging from Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.2,60,000 (depending on the position). Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the above-mentioned position. The maximum age limit for applying for the above-mentioned position is between 30 and 57 years old (depending on the role).

For Green Chemicals
Candidate must have a degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution. He/she should have at least 19 years of post-qualification experience in the Commissioning and Operations of Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Chemical Process Industry.
For Head of Maintainance
The candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical) with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in Commissioning and Operations of the Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Chemical Process Industry.
For Shift Charge Executive
The candidate must possess a Degree in Chemical Engineering with 12 years of post-qualification experience in the Commissioning and Operations of the Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Chemical Process Industry.
For Executive (General Shift Purpose and Safety)
The candidates should have a Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Environment) from a recognized University/ Institute. He/she should have 03 years of post-qualification experience in Commissioning and DCS/ Control Room-Desk Operation of Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Chemical Process Industry.
