OHPC Recruitment 2023: Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC) is accepting applications from young professionals for the engagement of Trainees for various profiles, just as, Technical Non-Executive (TNE) Trainees, Electrical Trainees (Electrician & Lineman Operator), Mechanical Trainee (Fitter), Welder Trainee, Crane Operator Trainee, Wireman Trainee and Store Keeper Trainee. As mentioned in the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.22,700 during training sessions, however, they would be offered a monthly salary based on a pay matrix of Rs.25,500 to Rs.81,100. The candidate applying for this post must be at least 18 years old and no older than 38 years old as of 01-08-2023. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted for documentation verification, which will be utilized to create the list of qualified and selected candidates and made available on the OHPC website. The selected candidates will be appointed for a training period of 01 years, which may be extended based on the organisation’s needs and candidates’ performance.
As mentioned in the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the interested candidates must appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT) at a location specified on the official website. Candidates who pass the written examination (CBT) will be shortlisted for document verification in Bhubaneswar. Candidates must pay a Rs.500 application fee. SC/ST and PH applicants are exempt from paying the application fee. The Demand Draught (DD) would be made payable to Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. in Bhubaneswar. For Electrical Trainees (Electrician & Lineman Operator)
Candidates should have an approved trade certificate in Electrician trade from ITI. The Candidate possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrician trade from NCVT will be preferred.
For Mechanical Trainee (Fitter)
Applicants must consist National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter trade from NCVT with a trade certificate in Fitter trade from ITI approved by registered institutions.
For Welder Trainee
Candidates must possess National Apprenticeship Certificate in the Welder trade from NCVT.
