Monthly Salary under Oil India Recruitment 2023:

Based on the Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Appropriately Suitable Candidate selected as Drilling Engineer shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary as follows:

Monthly Emolument: Rs. 80000 (Rupees Eighty Thousand) only

Age Limit for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

The Age Limit in accordance with the Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limits or Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on the Walk-in-Interview Date:

Age Limit: Minimum 24 Years. The Upper Age Limit is 40 Years.

Eligibility for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

According to the Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice the Eligibility comprising Educational and Technical Qualification and Post-Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE) needs to be in possession of the Applicant the following Criteria:

i) Full-Time (Regular) 04-Years’ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Post-Graduation in Petroleum Exploration/Technology of 02 Years from any Government recognized University/Institute.

ii) Post-Professional Educational Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 Years’ in Drilling/Workover Rigs as Driller/Shift In-Charge/Tool Pusher.

iii) Must have in possession a Valid Well-Control Certificate/The International Well Control Forum (IWCF)/ Well-Cap Certificate (Level–III)

Selection Procedure under Oil India Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Procedure for Drilling Engineer (Contractual) Post under Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement involves a Walk-in-Interviews.

Contract Period: Post-Selection Contractual Engagement of the Drilling Engineers/Individuals will remain 01 (One) Year Period which stands Extendable by another 01 (One) Year subject to Maximum 02 (Two) Years’ duration. The said Contractual Duration will remain Extendable depending upon OIL’s Requirement, Individual’s Performance, Conduct, and Physical Fitness among others.

The Detailed Selection Criteria for Drilling (Contractual) Engineer Post shall remain as

i) The Candidate will be selected based on Walk-in-Interview carrying Total 100 Marks.

ii) The Minimum Qualifying Marks will be 50 Marks for all Categories.

iii) The Breakup of 100 Marks will be based on a) Professional Knowledge and Skills (in the concerned Discipline), b) Professional Knowledge and Skills (in the Allied Discipline), and c) Personal Attributes and Soft Skills.

iv) Final Selection of the Appropriately Suitable Candidate as Contractual Drilling Engineer from among the Eligible Candidates having appeared and secured the Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks in the Walk-in-Interview will be only on the basis of Merit as per the Marks obtained in the Walk-in-Interview.
