General Manager, Sr. Manager, Manager, and Dy. Manager. According to the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, there are 16 vacancies available for those mentioned positions. According to the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have the following experience and qualifications.
For Dy. General Manager
A candidate should have BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with 12 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast/ underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 08 years of relevant experience after acquiring 1st Class MMCC. The preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure to IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
For Sr. Manager
A candidate should have BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with 08 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 04 years of relevant experience after acquiring 1st Class MMCC. The preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
For Manager
An applicant should consist of a BE/B. Tech degree in Mining engineering with 4 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines. The preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
For Dy. Manager
An applicant should have Diploma in Mining Engineering or BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with/without 2nd Class MMCC under the MMR 1961.
