Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Defence (Indian Navy), Government of India has invited Applications from the Officers Eligible for the Technical Officer (Group ‘A’ in Pay Level 11) Post On Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis in the Integrated Head Quarter vide Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
As has been notified in the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up On Deputation (ISTC) Basis. The Willing and Eligible Officers may apply through Proper Channel ahead of 60 Date post issuance of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
As is mentioned in the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up:
Designation: Technical Officer
Vacancy: 02 Nos.
Based on the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Pay Level accruing to Technical Officers shall remain as follows:
Pay Level: 11
Based on the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Officer should be aged as hereunder:
Age Limit: 56 Years

According to the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligibility prescribed for Technical Officer Posts should be aged as hereunder:
By Deputation (ISTC) Basis:
Specific Requirements: The Officers serving under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Duly Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department/Organization with Educational Relevant Experience and in the Pay Matrix Levels prescribed.
On Re-Employment Basis:
Specific Requirements: The Armed Forces Personnel of Lieutenant Commander (Indian Navy) Or Equivalent due to retire or who are to be transferred to Reserve within 01 Year with Requisite Qualifications and Experience prescribed or Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis prescribed.
Selection for Appointment on the Technical Officer shall be carried through by Interviews. Appointment on Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) Basis will remain 04 Years.
The Pay and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation of the Officer(s) selected, will be regulated in accordance with the Provisions contained in the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Office Memorandum Number 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17.06.2010, and Office Memorandum No. 02/11/2017-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 24.11.2017 and 15.03.2021 as amended from to time.
Deputation Tenure: The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 04 Years for the notified Technical Officer Post.
