Candidates applying for the NTPC Recruitment 2023 must have BDS or an equivalent degree from a Dental Council of India (DCI) recognized Medical College or Medical Institution. A valid Registration Certificate under the “Dentist Act- 1948” is required for the candidate. However, suppose a candidate from outside the state of Odisha has not registered his name with the Odisha Dental Council in accordance with section 34 of the Dentist Act, 1948. In that case, he must do so before the appointment order is issued. If the candidate holds degrees from foreign universities, he or she must have Conversion Certificates recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
