• The candidates should have been holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, or with 05 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level-11 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute and Nine years of experience in Passport or Consular or Emigration Administration or Finance Accounts or Vigilance work or Public Grievances.

For Deputy Passport Officer-

• The candidates should have been holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or with 05 years of service in Level- 10 of the pay matrix rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.
• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute, and Five years of experience in Passport, Consular, Emigration Administration, Finance Accounts, Vigilance work, or Public Grievances.

Salary for Passport Office Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Passport Office Recruitment 2023, candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Passport Officer will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level 12(Rs.78800-209200).
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy Passport Officer will get a monthly salary on a pay scale Level 11(Rs.67700-208700).

Tenure for Passport Office Recruitment 2023:
