Candidates should have a Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University. Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service, at least 15 years in Officer Cadre. Candidates should have worked as Branch Managers on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years. Candidate should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. Candidates should be well conversant with the local language. Candidates should have retired from Scale III or above for RSETIs & Scale II & above for FLCs. Candidates should be a resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district
Desirable:
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
As per the Central Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates as RSETI will get a monthly salary of Rs. 25000, and the selected candidate as FLCC will get a monthly salary of Rs. 15000.
The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year. The candidates shall be entitled to 15 days of leave per year with a maximum of 02 days per month.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
