Required Experience for PFC Recruitment 2023:

For Project Coordinator (22 Posts):

• The candidates must have a minimum of 6 years and below 10 years of experience in coordinating, monitoring/ and implementing large-scale power projects in the power distribution sector.

For Project Coordinator (Management) (1 post):

• The candidates must have a minimum of 6 years and below 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector.

For Project Coordinator (Management) (2 posts):

• The candidates must have a minimum of 3 years and below 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector.

Age Limit for PFC Recruitment 2023:

However, it shall be extendable by six months on each occasion, but in any case, it shall not exceed four years and six months under the same contract.
