Qualification and Experience for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the candidates required essential qualifications and experiences are given below:

For Junior Manager (Electrical)-

• The candidates should have matric with ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Lineman Trade and 10 (ten) years of experience in NE-4 grade and above plus a Supervisor Certificate of competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

For Junior Manager (Mechanical)-

• The candidates should have a Matric with ITI in Fitter trade and 10 (Ten) years of experience in NE-4 grade and above plus a Supervisor certificate of competency from NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 Years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

For Junior Manager (Finance)-

• The candidates should have matriculated with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with a P.G. Degree / Diploma in Commerce with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have CA (Inter)/ ICWAI (Inter) with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

For Junior Manager (HR)-

• The candidates should have HSC with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with a one-year P.G. Diploma in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Labour Laws from any University/ recognised Institute (AICTC) with 8 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

Salary for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required salary is mentioned below:

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.44900 to Rs.142400.

Selection procedure for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be based on written tests and personal interviews. The Written test will be conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT) at Bhubaneswar. The CBT will be of 100 marks and the duration of the CBT will be 02 hours. Out of 100 questions, 80 questions will be from subject knowledge in the respective trade/ discipline and 20 questions will be from General awareness of Hydro power plants/core business activities of OHPC. The date and venue of the Personal Interview will be intimated later on.

Based on the official notification OHPC for OHPC Recruitment 2023, interested and desirous candidates of existing regular NE employees who fulfil the above eligibility criteria may apply in the prescribed proforma along with attested copies of the signed certificates of educational qualifications (starting from Matriculation onwards), Caste Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC), if any and two recent passport size photographs through their respective Unit Heads/ CGM (HR)/ AGM (T&D) before the deadline.
The Unit Heads/ AGM (T&D) are required to send the valid applications after due scrutiny as per this specific advertisement along with all enclosures to the Chief General Manager (HR), OHPC Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar before the last date. The received applications after the due date will not be considered.

• The application form for Unit Heads/AGM (T&D) is due on 22-11-2023.
