• The candidate should have a Professional certification in Financial Risk management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). OR
• The candidate should have a Professional Risk Management Certification from the PRMIA Institute. OR
• The candidate should have 02 years’ experience as a CRO in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
• Experience-
• The candidate should have a minimum 20 years of post-qualification work experience.
• The last 5 years of work experience should be in the Risk Management Department of a scheduled commercial bank.

For SME (CFU)/L4 and SME (CFU)/L3-

• The candidate should have a Graduation in any stream.

Desirable Additional Qualification-

• The candidate should have a CA/CMA or MBA or equivalent in Finance full-time course from any Indian University/Institution recognized by UGC. OR
• The candidate should be the Company Secretary. OR
• The candidate should have 05 years integrated degree in law full-time course from any Indian University/Institution recognized by UGC. OR
• The candidate should have an LLB 03 year full-time course from any Indian University/Institution recognized by UGC.
• The candidate should be a Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF.

Experience-

For SME (CFU)/L4-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of Post Qualification in the scheduled commercial bank with Experience of at least 10 years in Compliance/Risk/Audit verticals; out of which a minimum of 05 years should be part of the Compliance function Team at a senior level.

For SME (CFU)/L3-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of Post Qualification in the scheduled commercial bank with Experience of at least 5 years in Compliance/Risk/Audit verticals; out of which a minimum of 03 years should be as part of the Compliance function Team at a senior level.

Tenure for PFC Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for PFC Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 05 years. The place of posting will be Present in Delhi. The place of posting may be changed by PFC any time. PFC reserves all the right in this regard.
