PNB Recruitment 2023: Punjab National Bank (PNB) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO). As mentioned in the official notification of PNB Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The candidates applying for the post of Chief Risk Officer should have a Graduate degree with Professional certification in Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals or Professional Risk Manager Certification from the PRMIA Institute. The candidates applying for the post of Chief Digital Officer should have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or B.Tech degree from a top tired Institution. The maximum age limit for applying for the post of Chief Risk Officer is 35 to 55 years and for Chief Digital Officer is 35 to 50 years. The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field.

According to the official notification of PNB Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for a period of 03 years, which may be extended further based on the candidate’s performance and the company’s requirement initially for a maximum period of 05 years. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews conducted by the committee. The candidates applying for the post of Chief Digital Officer should have advanced degrees or certifications in areas such as Digital Banking, Fintech or Digital Transformation are preferred.

Experience Required for PNB Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of PNB Recruitment 2023, the candidates applying for the post of Chief Risk Officer should have at least 05 years of experience in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity (in the opinion of the CRO recruiting PSB and its CRO Selection Committee), with minimum experience of 01 year in Corporate Credit and 01 year in Risk Management. The candidates applying for the post of Chief Digital Officer should have at least 15 years of prior experience, of which at least 07 years of experience should be in Digital Banking or Fintech.

Desirable:

The candidates applying for the post of Chief Risk Officer should have a good understanding of market risk and liquidity management and operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience and the candidates applying for the post of Chief Digital Officer should have extensive experience in the digital banking or Fintech industry is crucial. The CDO should have a deep understanding of Digital Banking operations, products, services, and regulatory requirements.
