IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Powai is inviting online applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Junior Engineer to be deployed to the Electrical and Maintenance Division. According to the official notification of IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacant seat available for the given post. Candidates should be the age of 32 years to apply for the given post. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary on Pay Level 6 (35400-112400)/ Pay Level 7 (44900-142400). Candidates should have a B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with relevant experience of one year after the degree. Applicants with an integrated M. Tech / M.E. degree in Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering will also be eligible.
In accordance with the official notification of IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years. The selection will be based on a written test and skill test. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and skill test. Original certifications should be given throughout the selection process as well as upon joining if applicable. No traveling allowance (TA) shall be paid to the outstation applicants for attending the written test. As mentioned in the official notification of IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates have to submit their applications online through the official website. No other mode of application will be accepted. The application fee is Rs.50. The SC/ST and PwD applicants and all female applicants are exempted from this fee.
