PNC Infratech Accepts Rs 234 Crore Settlement Under Dispute Resolution Scheme
PNC Infratech Limited stands out as one of India’s top infrastructure and construction companies. They mainly handle big engineering projects, especially highways, expressways, bridges pretty much anything that keeps India moving. You will find their work all over the country, though they were really made their mark in North and Central India. They are based in New Delhi, and, as anyone in the industry will tell you, they have a solid reputation for finishing projects on time and building things that last.
Not long ago, PNC Infratech made headlines because of an arbitration case about their Agra Bypass project. Earlier, an arbitration panel decided the company was owed nearly Rs 485 crore by NHAI. But then came the Government of India’s Vivad se Vishwas III Scheme, which was designed to help companies and the government settle old disputes quicker and more smoothly.
Through this scheme, NHAI offered a one-time settlement Rs 234.72 crore, including interest. PNC Infratech accepted the offer in May 2026. They will also get some extra interest until everything’s fully settled, so it will strengthen their financials even more.
This whole episode really shows PNC Infratech knows how to recover what is owed to them and keep their finances healthy. The company is still a key player in India’s infrastructure push, taking advantage of government programs that both expand the nation’s roads and help contractors like them get paid faster.
