The selected candidate will be paid a monthly remuneration as per NSD circular No. RNU/PTC Guidelines/Modification/2022/1420, dated 22.12.2022, subject to the satisfactory rendering of service certified by RNU Head of All India Radio, Thiruvananthapuram. The maximum limit of payment will be Rs. 11,250/- per month, including transportation and telephone charges.
The selection process for Prashar Bharti Recruitment 2023 involves an interview that will assess the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience, knowledge about the district and state, current affairs, awareness of welfare schemes of the Central Government, acquaintance with Radio news, journalistic aptitude, writing skills, and familiarization with communication technologies.
Note:
Upon initial engagement, the candidate’s work performance will be monitored for three months, after which the contract will be renewed on a monthly basis. If the candidate’s work is found to be satisfactory during this period, they may be offered a yearly contract till they attain the age of 60 years. The certificate for satisfactory performance should be issued by the RNU head.
