Assessing your strengths and weaknesses will be made easier with a full understanding of the syllabus. Each sector will have a 20-minute sectional time that will be used. For both the preliminary exam and the main exam, no sectional marks will be kept.

2. Avoid guessing; there will be penalties for incorrect answers.

Candidates should be aware that selecting the incorrect response will result in a deduction of 1/4 of the marks given to the question. They ought to tackle problems for which they are certain of the correct answer. However, there will be no points deducted if a candidate leaves a question unanswered.

3. Complete past years’ test questions, practice exams, and quizzes on numerical ability.

When candidates solve question papers from prior years, they will have a better understanding of the degree of preparation needed and the difficulty of the problems. Candidates can anticipate getting tested on topics including reading comprehension, cloze tests, phrase replacement, error detection, word rearrangement, and word swap.
