• Customer relations and quality of services etc.
• Any other work as assigned from time to time.

• For GGM (E-8 level in IDA scale of Rs.1, 20,000-2, 80,000/)-: sag officers (level-14) or sg (level-13) with 18 years (CDA).
• For GM (E-7 level in IDA scale of Rs.1, 00,000-2, 60,000/-): sg officers (level-13) (CDA).
