RBI Empanelment of CA firm for Concurrent Audit for the period 01 Oct 2022 to 30th Sep 2023

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Raipur (hereinafter referred to as “The Bank”) is seeking online offers from qualified accounting firms (as specified in the tender document) for the appointment of concurrent auditors (CAs) for the time period from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

MSTC Ltd.’s e-Tendering site (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi) will be used to conduct the tender process. To take part in the tendering procedure, interested tenderers must register with MSTC Ltd. through the aforementioned website.

Tender documents can be downloaded from both the RBI website www.rbi.org.in under the ‘Tender’ section and from the website www.mstcecommerce.com i.e. MSTC portal. The last date for submission of the e-Tender is August 22, 2022, till 01:00 PM. Part I of the e-Tender will be opened electronically on August 22, 2022, at 03:00 P.M. In the event of any date being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.

Eligibility Criteria

i) In order to submit an application, applicants must convince the bank that they are eligible by providing documentation, and if they fail to do so, the bank reserves the right to reject their bids. The MSTC website should have all of the pre-qualification papers available. Under no circumstances can EMD-free tenders be accepted.

ii) The Bank maintains the discretion to accept any tender in full or in part and is not required to accept the lowest tender. The Bank retains the right to reject any or all bids without providing a justification.

iii) Any further corrections or revisions to the offer, if any, will only be announced on the aforementioned websites of the RBI and MSTC, not in the newspaper.
