Asset Desk Managers (ADMs) are responsible for driving the cross sell (asset) business of the Bank by scouting for bigger opportunities from the existing customers of the Bank.

Roles and Responsibility:

Sourcing Mortgage Loan, HDFC Home Loan & RBL X sell products from branches.

Strong Inter personal skills and developing individual relations with branch team for generation of leads.

Making joint calls to customers with branch team

Maintaining excellent rapport and co-ordination with HDFC Ltd and RBL X sell teams for business growth.

To be a key facilitator between RBL branches and HDFC Ltd /RBL X Sell teams

Must have experience of LAP (Mortgage) sales

Working Knowledge of legal and technical for Mortgage Loan.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Candidates Should have possesses minimum Graduate Degree from any stream

Experience:

Must have minimum 2 years Sales experience in selling/sourcing of Asset products in the given market.

Should be local resident of the location and well versed with the market.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Good analytical skill with positive attitude

Behavior Skills: Team player with stable work mind set.
