Management Trainees (Materials):

• Candidates should have passed regular full-time 4 years BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg. Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE approved Institutions.
• Candidates should have regular and full-time dual, / or / Allied Degrees and are also eligible, however, chemical, / mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any. Or
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of regular and full-time BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) /AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years Regular and Fulltime diploma in Engineering.
• Candidates should have regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.

Management Trainees (Legal):

• Candidate should have at least 3 years of Graduation with a regular and full-time Degree in Law
  Or
• Candidate should be a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of regular and full-time integrated Law courses from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.
• Candidate should have a regular and full-time Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from UGC/AICTE-recognized University / Institution

Age Limit for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As indicated in the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for the UR/EWS category is 27 years. For the SC/ST Category: 32 years; for the OBC Category: 30 years; for the PwBD Category (Unreserved/EWS): 37 years; for the PwBD Category (SC/ST): 42 years; for the PwBD Category (OBC): 40 years.

Salary for RCF Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for these posts will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000 during the training period. After successful completion of one year of training, they will be absorbed into the E1 grade at a pay scale of Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000. The minimum total monthly gross emoluments would include Basic Pay plus VDA (43.8%) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27%) and other allowances, which work out to approximately Rs. 81,900.
