As has been notified in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicant being necessarily having Retired on Superannuation from the Post of General Manager and Above in RCF Ltd may apply through Mail well before 3rd April 2023 (03.04.2023).

Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration accruing to the Candidate selected as Advisor (Talcher Fertilizer Project) as hereunder:
Monthly Remuneration: Lump sum Remuneration of Rs. 80% of Last Drawn Basic Pay Plus DA
As per the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Applicant must have the Maximum Age Limit as on 01.03.2023:
Applicant’s Age should not exceed/be below 65 Years.
According to the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification for RCFL Advisor (Talcher Fertiliser Project), the Applicant should satisfy the following terms of the Candidacy:
The Applicant must have
i) retired on Superannuation from General Manager & Above Post in RCFL.
ii) essentially Work Experience of Ammonia and/or Urea Plant.
iii) Minimum 06 Months Experience as Advisor in Ammonia-Urea Project in last 03 Years, Preferably of Joint Venture Project.
The Selection Criteria stipulated, and hence, prescribed for Appointment/Engagement in Advisor (Talcher Fertilizer Project) entails a Personal Interview explained in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. The Personal Interview weighs/carries Maximum 100 Marks with Due Weightage or different Criteria.
